DREAM | DRIVEN business roundtables or events currently take place periodically throughout the year in San Diego, CA. These events are for businesses owners or those launching their own business. What can you expect at our roundtable events? Upon registration you will be asked to submit 3 topics or issues related to your business you'd like to have feedback or advice on. We have heard every topic in the book! From how do I branch out into wholesale, to asking for a group brainstorm on creatively acquiring new clients, to business challenges such as organizing your day or hiring/firing employees.
At the event we gather as a larger group and then break out into pre-assigned small groups. In these smaller groups, each participant is given 20 minutes to explain and receive feedback or advice on 1-3 of their topics (depending on time). Each table is lead by one of our table facilitators and everyone at the table is welcome to contribute feedback. We often we learn from each others hurdles and growing pains and focus on ensuring each attendee walks away with action items to drive them towards their goals. Light drink and food/snack is provided (and let's not forget the swag!)
