Dream Driven is a quarterly roundtable series where small business owners come together for real talk and real progress. We trade the noise of networking for something better — meaningful conversation, tangible problem-solving, and genuine community. Every attendee gets dedicated time to share a business hurdle, and the group collaborates with feedback, experience, and resources.

No pitches. No fluff. Just action.

 SO, WHAT AM I GETTING MYSELF INTO?

  • Upon registration you will be prompted to enter your business or expertise and three challenges or tasks you are tackling in your business that you would want to discuss at the roundtable. This allows me to curate tables where participant skills might best support one another. Each participant will have 20 minutes to deep dive into as many topics as they can get to, receiving feedback from their peers at the table. You will walk away with tangible action items to tackle in your business.

  • Snacks, refreshments and a swag item are generally provided at each event. We highlight any sponsors that contribute and encourage attendees to tag sponsors in their social media posts about the event. Interested in sponsoring food/drink or donating swag? Reach out!

  • We try to keep events affordable and accessible. Most roundtables are between $30-$50 a ticket. This includes your spot at the table, worksheet, light bites, refreshments and swag.

  • We welcome any and all entrepreneurs who own their own business. Your business is your full time gig (or close to it!) and you are working to build your brand. Because this event is both receiving advice and giving advice, we try to stick to participants who are in the same boat and do not usually accept MLMs or individuals whose business is a ‘side gig’. While our branding is, yes, often stereotypically female leaning, we welcome all genders and ages.

Join fellow business owners to discuss one another’s business ventures at the next Dream Driven roundtable on March 13th, 2026!

This roundtable event will be held in downtown Boston, at the Civic Pavilion in City Plaza.

At a Dream Driven roundtable, each attendee has 20 minutes to discuss with their breakout group whatever challenge, questions or brainstorm needs that are currently top of mind. Upon checkout, you will be asked to list 2-3 topics you might want to discuss about your business with your table. You may discuss anything during your turn but this helps us curate tables based on who might be able to best advise on your topic or business type. Getting there: The Civic Pavilion is a newer building on the edge of City Plaza across from Boston Public Market and next to the playground. (5 Congress Street, Boston, MA 02203) Haymarket and Government Center T Stations are a 1-2 minute walk to the space. There is an affordable parking option with purchase at Boston Public Market after the event. Details to come. Punctuality is important for event flow; please plan travel accordingly.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. An email with details and confirmation will be sent approximately 3-4 days prior to the event. The flow of the event depends on your seat being filled. As a courtesy to the other attendees, please plan on staying the entire event and notify us immediately if you reserve a seat but cannot make it.

Over the course of 15 years of running a business, Michelle developed a passion is to share advice with other entrepreneurs who wish to learn from her experiences. Her vision for DREAM | DRIVEN was to provide a space for fellow business owners to do the same. In 2018, she launched Dream Driven Roundtables to provide a space that moved away from basic networking and embraced the idea of an event where advice was shared, problems were solved and action items were created.

Michelle cultivated a community of entrepreneurs, leading events of 40-50 business owners. Tables were curated by Michelle ahead of time, grouping together individuals who were most likely to be able to advise one another by using a questionnaire upon registration to gather topics and expertise. Most importantly, each participant is given a full 20 minutes to discuss and get feedback on their particular topics from their table mates. Gone were the days of small talk and chit chat. At Dream Driven, tasks were tackled and plans were mapped out.

Dream Driven roundtables led to brand collaborations, partnerships and friendships that have lasted for years. While roundtables wrapped up with the start of the pandemic and Michelle’s move across the country, she is currently launching East Coast DREAM DRIVEN roundtables in Boston!
